By downloading, installing, or using the HousMthr application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
HousMthr provides an AI-powered travel coordination platform that helps groups organize trips, manage shared expenses, communicate, receive reminders, and access local recommendations. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use by group travelers.
User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law; transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; impersonate others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant HousMthr a limited license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you share with your trip group.
Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through the applicable app store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refund policies are governed by the app store through which you purchased your subscription.

HousMthr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of local recommendations, travel advisories, or safety information. HousMthr is a coordination tool, not an emergency service. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HousMthr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
